Samuel is part of the creative community at North Urban Art Studio. He is passionate about film, photography, culture, and everything in between. He draws inspiration from people, food, and the vibes of the city. While Samuel travels the world with his camera, his base is in Aalborg. This is where he was born and raised. 1. Urban vibe and great coffee in the old distillery.

Visit the creative community at Aalborg Distilleries and get inspired by the various artists who frequent the place. Wrap it up with a cup of coffee at the café. You can also drop by and say hi to Samuel; he actually has his office here.

2. Experience azure-blue waters and beautiful nature

Enjoy the clear waters at Kridtgraven in Hasseris. Take a bike ride from downtown Aalborg, and you'll reach Kridtgraven in 10 minutes.

3. A neighborhood with small, quirky, and colorful houses.

Cool environment in Aalborg's Vestby. Take a stroll among the cozy houses and end your walk with a cold refreshment at the Cultural Center, located in the heart of Fjordbyen.

4. Latin American flavors on your plate and tropical cocktails.

Great atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent Mexican beers and drinks. Samuel's favorites are when the kitchen is allowed to spoil with 8 or 10 servings. And, of course, it should be washed down with a mezcal or two.

Cool beer bar in Løkkegade with over 20 different types of beer. On a warm summer day, they can be enjoyed at the picnic tables outside.
